Refund & cancellation policy.

These Delegate Payment Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of tickets and delegate passes for COMEX 2027, organised by OITE Global. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

Payment terms

Full payment is required at the time of ticket purchase online. A confirmation email will be issued upon successful payment.

Cancellation & refunds

Once a purchase is completed, the fee cannot be refunded or credited. If you are unable to attend, you may arrange for a substitute attendee in line with the substitution clause below.

Substitution

• Provided the total fee has been paid, substitutions are allowed at no extra charge before the event.
• No substitutions will be allowed during the event.
• To request a substitution, contact the organiser using the details below with the original booking reference and the replacement attendee’s details.

VAT

All prices published online are VAT (5%) inclusive.

Event changes

Where circumstances beyond our control require changes to the event date, format or venue, COMEX will publish updates and, where applicable, transfer valid passes to the rescheduled event. This does not create an entitlement to a refund.
